What People are Saying
From JK, a Haitian volunteer from Leogane:
"Education is one of the most important things in human life. However there is a category of people who are not able to go to school because they have no economic means.
Especially in Haiti after the earthquake has really ravaged the country a large number of students are forced to stay home because they do not have enough resources for economic country school some at the university, at vocational school and secondary school.
They would continue their study because they would increase their knowledge; there is no progress (development) without education. For now Haiti needs competent people as Engineers, Doctors, Agronomists, Managers, Economists etc... for the country to develop."
